[$250] Add `Range` UI filter for all date-type filters

We're seeing that customers are confused how to add date ranges using the UI search filters. This is possible via the existing Before and After filters, though on Classic the UX is a bit more clear since you can see the both ranges visually at the same time.

Based on discussion in Slack, let's add a Range option within the existing date filters, as this makes filtering on date ranges more obvious. The changes are:

• Add a Range option to all date based filters
• Range will appear as the bottom-most option

• The date filters where this applies are Date, Approved, Paid, Submitted, Withdrawn, Posted, Exported (let me know if I missed any).
• A user is required to select at least two dates. If they select one, we'll show a standard form error.
