Preamble

The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional Terms stipulated by the licensor. These terms may not be
removed, unless explicitly authorised by the licensor.
 
1. When conveying any covered works, any modifications and their
   author(s), including information how to contact them, should be
   clearly identified in the works that are being conveyed.
 
2. Licensors that convey covered works are required to include the
   appropriate statement to recognise the original author and licensor
   of Severo: “The covered works have been built based on Severo,
   which is under copyright of imec VZW, Kapeldreef 75, 3001 Leuven,
   Belgium, and distributed under the terms of the GNU Affero General
   Public License version 3 as published by the Free Software
   Foundation.”  Any (scientific or commercial) publications from
   Licensors that are based on (results obtained with) covered works,
   should acknowledge the origin of the Severo code that was used:
   “This publication and/or related results have been enabled by using
   Severo code, that is under copyright of imec VZW, Kapeldreef 75,
   3001 Leuven, Belgium, and distributed under the terms of the GNU
   Affero General Public License version 3 as published by the Free
   Software Foundation.”  In case of scientific publications based on
   usage of Severo, the authors are encouraged to refer to the
   copyright holders’ original publications that describe Severo. No
   other references are allowed to be made to imec VZW or Severo in
   regards of the use of the covered works, without the written
   authorisation by imec VZW.
 
3. Except for the above acknowledgements, the covered works do not
   carry any warranties or other representations.
 
4. Parties that are interested to work closely together with the
   authors of the Severo framework, are encouraged to contact imec by
   email: exascience@imec.be
