Support publishing reviews to other reviewers #120
Description
In the EP2014 review process, it would have been nice if the reviews could have been opened up, to allow reviewers to discuss the talk and achieve consensus.
Two modes of such opening-up would have been ok:
- per talk, all reviews can see all other reviewst
- globally, all reviewers can see all reviews, except for their own talk
Either would be fine; if implemented, it should be possible to toggle this opening up during the review process (starting with a blind review)
