Traffic not correctly forwarding in bridged mode

i have a physical setup for an industrial system where i am having ettercap siting in bridge mode between the PLC (or the other components) and the system. The components are mostly communicating over layer 2 with profinet. So now the problem is that I can see that ettercap is bridging the traffic between the interfaces (2 physical interfaces) but somehow not correctly forwarding the traffic between the interfaces. The PLC and the system have problems to connect correctly with each other.
