Page Ruler install page not responsive, text undreadable

After install of Page Ruler, user is redirected to install page, and it may be unreadable depending on screen size
The media queries for this webpage are not covering for screen sizes approx 1000px -1200px, so the end result looks like the screen shot included. Text laid on other text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install page-ruler
2. Set screen size to 1100px
3. See error
