ShopChest dev 97
Paper dev 332 (Spigot 1.16.4)

I don't know if I hit a soft limit for having too many shops on my server or something or if ShopChest doesn't load properly causing some shops to be skipped over, but I'm experiencing an issue with shops not loading after server restarts. I have to /shop reload for them to appear.

Using MySQL database.
