Bug Description:
The project carousel under "Explore our Research" on the homepage has an extended display time after showing the "Polyglot" project, causing an awkward pause before cycling to the next set of projects.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit https://www.eleuther.ai/
2. Scroll to "Explore our Research" section
3. Watch the project carousel cycle through projects
4. Notice extended delay after "Polyglot" project

Expected Behavior:
Consistent timing between all project transitions

Actual Behavior:
Longer pause/delay specifically after "Polyglot" project display
