Most likely appears to be https://github.com/brianinnes/vPiP

If I fork it and replace the serialHandler with one that handles the stepper hat https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/adafruit-dc-stepper-motor-hat-for-raspberry-pi-mini-kit

And a the light and possibly camera control :)
