This document details the privacy policy and agreement that you accept when adding JoãoBot#9717 (ID: 730873656103927889) to a server, or being a member of such a server. This document will explain what data we collect and for what purpose.

- Message Content (for tag command)
- Emote usage (for topemojis command)
- User current or previous username (for tag command)
- User ID, and User tag ("discriminator") (for tag command)
- Guild ID (for configuration)
User informations such as User ID, User discrimator, Text and Message Content are used for the functionality of the command tag, the user information is used to to get info of which user is owner of a tag and find tags of specific user. Message Content is also used for the tag command, as the content set by the user need to be stored to be used later when using the command again to see the content of a tag.
Emote usage are collected to rank how many times they where used for the command topemojis
Guild ID is used to store the guild configuration, such as disabled commands or groups by the command enable or disable, banned tags, created tags, and also the bot (JoãoBot) prefix for the specific server.
All data stored are secured with password and authentificators by the database MongoDB. Please keep in mind that even with these protections, no data can ever be 100% secure. All efforts are taken to keep your data secure and private, but its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
If there's any data that you want to be removed, please contact me Edoan#3403. Also keep in mind that is possible to disable commands completely using disable, also remove and ban tags if you are an administrator.
By adding JoãoBot#9717 to your server you are agreeing with the policies stated above in this document. If you, the server manager, do not agree to this document, you may remove the bot from the server.
