Checkbox filters update bug

Description

On load, it's not clear what is sourcing the filters and as a user interacts with the issues, search, and load more button the filters will change but from a UX perspective it appears to be a bug as to what is showing and when. (Video attached below)

Steps to repro:
Login to finder, toggle issue search to github (take note of available filters)
Scroll down and click "Load More" - filters will update but it is unclear why (to the user)
Begin to search for Javascript in the search bar - issues will filter but checkbox filters remain the same
Click load more (no more items appear) - checkbox filters will update again

Proposed fix - if the filters are working as intended, add something to finder to clearly explain what the filters are linked too (maybe an info icon nearby, nothing major)

If this is a bug - adjust checkbox filters so they match the issues more clearly
