Can't download CSV file, and renderTable created another row out of no where ><

Just like the title i'd like to post an issue with ur code

I can't download the csv file when i clicked it and downloaded it no file was downloaded

the table created another Question "V11" with the answer copying the previous ones why is that ? can you tell me how to fix them ?
