Due to a lack of engineering staff, I've been playing around with the somewhat disused machine, and I've discovered a few problems, though I am unsure if they are bugs or intended:
1: Atomcells, don't provide any automated charging, even after buffing the cellrack upto 5x super caps and wiring it.
2: The PSU has no way to pull cells off the rack.
3: The PSU, when deconstructed, deletes all cells and all boards, making it a horrific resource sink. I don't know if that is intended or not.
