[Bug] Town's & Nation's Map links are linked to old map

Describe the bug

It should've been changed to the new map link

https://map.earthmc.net/?world=minecraft_overworld&zoom=4&x={x_coordinate}&z={z_coordinate}

Right now clicking the old link just opens the new map but without selected coordinates

To Reproduce

find a public town/nation and click on the gray line saying "Home: {x chunk coord}, {z chunk coord}"

Expected behavior

Should be updated to new map link, so it opens on the spawn's coordinates
