Rewrite to Redis Database

Proposed rewrite of the server to use Redis.

Rewriting (and finishing in the first place) the server code from using mySQL to Redis.

10/12/20 Update: The redis-rewrite-branch does successfully launch using Spring Boot. Was able to successfully test the piece of code that assigns a unique BoardID (based on macaddress) to each new board and assigns it a value in the redis database.
