Globus toolkit dependencies #30

The dependencies on the Globus toolkit are not documented. What globus packages must be installed to build this successfully? How wil this be handled now that the toolkit is deprecated?

Ideally it would be possible to install this for a bare Globus Connect Server installation with no toolkit dependencies.

[EUDAT-B2STAGE#30] Used only good replicas and took min of update time

Note: Used min under the assumption that if multiple replicas are good, a checksum calculated
against the oldest replica would be valid for all replicas.  This is to make sure a replication
doesn't trigger a recalculation of the checksum.  (Note that checksums are calculated on the client side.)
