It works nicely on the testing server.

There may be a confusion between keywords and tags. The keywords are displayed in the search interface results; tags are only created and attached by the user. But when depositing the title of the keywords field is 'Tags', and that must be changed.

I changed the wording on the depositing page, now keywords are called keywords (#229). Tags can be created by the user when viewing a record (Add tags -> popup shows up -> write tag name, press enter -> done) and they seem to work on all machines (vm, testing, production)
