Sonarqube PaaS version cannot be deployed automatically

Describe the bug

At the deployment phase and after creating the azurerm_storage_share resources, there is the need to upload a profile.json file in between the deployment and before creating the azurerm_app_service.

Also, the current approach has some typos and misconfigurations that are preventing it to work.

Expected Behavior

To deploy the resource normally and without manual interventions.

Steps To Reproduce

Just browse to the sample folder and run the terraform commands to start the sonarqubepaas sample.
