Add to documentation where to find information of what schema is supported

It was difficult to understand what i can actually use inside the schema, as this is not described. My understanding now is that we can use https://github.com/json-editor/json-editor?tab=readme-ov-file#json-schema-support as supported schema.
If this is correct I think this should be clearly described in the docs

Ok, now i understood that we have our own implementations on top (like minmax format), so we should also document this somewhere
