A solution has to be found how to deal with the OpenLayers (OL) downloaded from the 'openlayers.org' site. If the site becomes unavailable (as it has been happening for two last days) the EOxClient becomes unusable if the browser does not keep a cached copy of OL.

The proposed solution is to create own OL build and distribute it bundled with the EOxClient.

…ng server or build it checks if build is available, if not openlayers is build (using custom build config - customol.cfg). Would close feature request #22
