Providers should be distributed in separate packages

Short Description of the issue

Currently the providers are all bundled together in the same package and meta-packages do include extra dependencies. This should be split so we have a package per provider that contains both the code and dependencies as needed.

Code is almost ready as we have now stevedore for loading modules.
