Describe the bug
Title and description fields are truncated on many items, and there is no way for the helpdesk staff to see the full title or description content.

To Reproduce
Simply inspect a Submission ready for review in the helpdesk portal.

Expected behavior
Either a pop-up for a highlighted cell with the full content, or expand a full line in the table to make all content of title, description etc to be fully visible.
