CVMix and BGC

Hi,

I want to run E3SM on a computer without network, but each time I run the case, need network runget_cvmix. sh and get_BGC. sh files in the directory ~/bld/ocn/source/core_ocean/
I want to know after downloading the CVMix-src and ocean_BGC source code, where and how to modify the file can successfully configure cvmix and BGC without network?

I try to modify the Makefile file in the directory ~/bld/ocn/source/core_ocean/, but it doesn't in effect.
