A bot to let anyone in the channel to pin messages, without granting everyone the dangerous "Manage Messages" permission (that lets everyone delete any message).

Just add a 📌 emoji to any message to pin it.
Likewise removing it (all of them) will unpin the message.
The bot cannot function without the following permissions:
- Read messages
- Read message history
- Manage messages (to pin them, duh)
Additionally, the bot requests the "Send messages" permission to print the welcome info-banner in the system channel (and in the future, maybe, reporting failures to pin messages).
