Revisit switching to ZenFS

Hi @DustinBrett and @oeway, I'd like to bring up switching to ZenFS again.

There are quite a few big improvements since May 2024:

• Stable (1.0) release (at the time of writing the current release is 1.8.8, compared to 0.9.5 when this was initially brought up)
• Almost full support for Node v22 (including watch and globs)
• Devices (e.g. /dev/zero)
• Contexts and chroot
• Performance (I estimate at least 60% better)
• A significant number of bug fixes (100+)
• And so much more

ZenFS has become much more stable, and offers a significantly streamlined internal API.

While switching would undoubtedly require some work, I'm willing to help if you would like.

Thank you for recommending ZenFS again and I will indeed consider it. I think one concern I have from my own project is that I have customized BrowserFS so much that I don't recall what was the library and what is custom from me anymore. But I like the idea of performance and bug fixes so I will try and clean up my FS and do some benchmarks to consider the change.

It's also worth noting that you may be able to do some stuff with devices, and that the File System Access backend (WebAccess) is in the process of being overhauled and fixed.

I actually wrote the original File System Access backend over 3 years ago now.
