singularity run docker://dukegcb/picard - fails to find jar #39

Running dukegcb/picard doesn't work for the run command:

$ singularity run docker://dukegcb/picard
Docker image path: index.docker.io/dukegcb/picard:latest
Cache folder set to /home/ubuntu/.singularity/docker
Creating container runtime...
Error: Unable to access jarfile picard.jar

The result of this is a user can't pull the image and use it as a picard binary.
