Serene seasons rewrites the server config file every time it lauches. Do I just change the file to only-reading?

Hi, I just made a modpack that includes Hourglass and Serene Seasons. I made a well functioning 1.20.1 forge server and in the server config file of the Hourglass mod I wanted day to last 40min so I changed the value to 0.25. The problem is that everytime that I launch the server it says that this value gets changed to 1 because of spring season. I'd like to fix this value so Serene Seasons info can't influence it. I thought of changing the file properties and make it unwriteable, so that the game can only read it, but I'm no computing expert so I'm afraid that maybe that's gonna cause more trouble.
So, is it a good idea? got any other idea?
