What is causing this issue: tsip_header_To_parse()

Hi Team,
can u please assist whats making this happen when am running the android application using ngnstack and shared .SO files. Registration process is pretty good working .But then problem comes when i initiated the call.I found 7 to 8 repetative error logs saying ..
