i see no reason to have the
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
If you use Dolibarr app with url
https://xxx.com
then click to the wrapper should be
https://xxx.com/custom/ovh/wrapper.php

Don't you have this ? if not, may be your are using a proxy ?
