Concluir o agendamento no usuário cliente

DoD:

Exibir o agendamento que foi cadastrado pelo usuário suporte, na tela de acompanhamento dos chamados.

1: Quando o suporte aceita o chamado, aparece a opção de agendar.

2: No modal de agendamento, temos a opção de colocar:

Data/Horário
CEP
Endereço
Descrição do Serviço (Solução)

3: Falta corrigir no agendamento:

Exibir na listagem do cliente as informações do agendamento que o suporte cadastrou.
