Rename awaitTransitiveActions

Transitivity is property of binary relation in terms of math, and in some cases awaitTransitiveActions is really can handle "transitive" actions, e.g. A -> B (saga 1), B -> C (saga 2) and saga 3 uses awaitTransitiveActions and assumes A -> C. When I named this helper, I have similar case, but it's just subset of possible cases for awaitTransitiveActions. Better to change name.
