Log text that is not part of search results should be more visible on hover

When a user initiates a search, log text that is not part of the result set is made more transparent/faint. When the user hovers over these log lines (that are not in the result set), the lines are highlighted, but because the text is faint they are hard to read. So, on hover, these lines should be made just as visible as normal log lines.
