Are we Web / PWA yet? Dioxus edition

Web is the true universal platform, and with more and more adoption coming in with bridging the gap between "native" and the web through PWAs, Dixous should consider the Web & PWAs as one its primary targets.

This discussion tracks featureset required by Dioxus (Tokamak, and the wider ecosystem) for it to be a true alternative to JS frameworks such as (Svelte) SvelteKit, (React) NextJS etc.
