原理：

微信公众号绑定“数字平台”工作人员图书馆的微信公众号即可，dp2mserver每隔一小时检查一次dp2capo是否通畅的。如果发现断开了会发送通知。“XXX桥接服务器失去连接”。

操作步骤：

登录“数字平台”实例。
打开用户窗创建新用户(至少需要：_wx_setbb,_wx_setbook,_wx_setHomePage,_wx_setLib,_wx_setUser,_wx_getWarning等权限)
创建完成后在“我爱图书馆”微信公众号绑定该账号。
