Add in the "xms address selector"

Change the factory/connector to make a popup gui class to select the XMS ipaddress and app id rather then having to modify the connector. This functionality should be able to be used by all the demos to prevent the frequent issue of not setting the connector config to the correct IP. Also, it should remember the last used IP address (either per demo or globally).
