External dependencies and interactions

• Getting preliminary results takes ~10 days (50 - 75% of final responses) and ~5 days for ~25% of responses.
• Interop 2024 Important dates
  • Must have good preliminary results significantly (2 weeks?) before proposals close on Oct 13 to inform proposals. Assuming 10 days for preliminary results, this gives us an absolute latest launch date around Sep 20.
• TPAC 2023: September 11-15
  • If we can shift launch this much it would be incredibly valuable for getting wider feedback and putting features on the radar that may not otherwise have been
