Create Logger Implementation for logging errors and traces.
Headers are already available on utils/logger/

  • Logger support for exceptions
  • Write Logs to disk

Create class Core/Utils/Exceptions/RuntimeException.h and .cpp and in there extend the exception class but before throwing the exception, log it
