How to send Email notification for how many Critical issues are there and if Risk score is above certain number?

I've setup my email like this and

Created this alert

But when I click on "Perform Test" my destination email is not getting any email.

How can I achieve this?

i've found the solution for this. I was giving the passoword of my email instead of creating from Google > App Password. Now it works
