Implement a recreation of the in-game scoreboard on the demo details page
Subtasks:

Add scoreboard
Add ability to show per-player stats
Show players which did not join any team somewhere
Add ability to sort the scoreboard by class, score, name, etc.
Add scoreboard data tracking #34
