Epistemics PDAs don't have the station news app

Reproduction
Select an epi role, open the programs section of the PDA

Screenshots
Can't get a screenshot right now so just imagine the glimmer monitor app being where the station news app usually is

Additional context
The glimmer monitor app is on the PDAs instead, maybe that is related?
