Add capacity of choosing the hyperparameter values

Problem

The model buyer can't choose the hyperparameters values for the ML model training.

Solution

Add a text box where the model buyer can insert a list of values for a specific hyperparameter.
The federated-learning system then should run the training of the model performing a grid search (to find wich value of the hyperparameter gives the best model).
