It is probably my inexperience with Scala, but it seems quite tricky to figure out how how to build fzn-oscar-cbls. (Let alone using Homebrew). So far the documentation has been of limited help. PRs are welcome.

In the meantime I was planning on allowing the installation of the package offered on the ASTRA webpage. However, it seems to university website blocks access to GitHub builder. So I'll upload it here instead.
