Remove jira ticket linking from findings/finding groups

Currently when you push findings in jira they are linked with the respected jira ticket as this is opened by defect dojo. If for some reason you delete the Jira ticket or maybe move to a new jira server or for whatever reason, it is not possible to push the finding again, because linking already exists and you get a 404 from Jira. It would be nice if a user could bulk remove the jira linking to be able to push again a ticket for the same findings
