我看到好多个不去重的 Tracker

之类的，它们的特征都是端口是默认端口 (HTTP:80, HTTPS:443)
也许我们可以完善一下它?

这种清洗还是好办的，
不过好像有些旧软件，它对https和http有点玄学问题，需要声明端口。
我不太记得在哪里碰到的了。

找时间一起加。
