Translating website to Russian

We'd like to translate the website to Russian (inspired by https://zh.defichain.com/) to help DeFiChain RU community with getting basic information about DeFiChain from the official website in native language.

If there are no objections, we are going to take a closer look at zh.defichain.com related changes and do the same for ru.defichain.com.

Hi @DeFiChainRU, thanks for reaching out! It would be great to have Russian translations for defichain.com so that the community in Russia can get more information about DeFiChain.

Just to update, we are performing a minor home page refresh (above-the-fold), and will be changing the content slightly. This is expected to be ready in 1-2 weeks' time. Beyond that, looking forward to the PRs for translation!
