Back up new version data to the old version

"Actual:" The new GS version isn't stable, so we need a way to back up the data and restore it safely.

"Expected:" The sealed version of GS 1.0 is perfect for this. It's going to be our source of truth. For that, once you create data in the new project it will also save it to the GS 1.0 firebase db.

"Tech notes:" These operations will slow down the app, so once GS is mature enough, we can drop this functionality.
