80b148c4c9c0e5a1adaad5e64931475f0eeb0e03 Fix: Re-focusing calculation when triggered by a draw was wrong

Fix: Improved integration with Scroller
Fix: Improved interaction with server-side processing mode. Key events are now ignored while the table is in the middle of an async draw.
