Request: useable build under Releases?

I have CC on Steam, and was excited when I saw that there was an open source release. I don't have the whole toolchain set up on Windows, though. I had hoped to find a release, but the tab is empty. Is it in a fit state to make a user-facing build available?

While I don't know about GitHub Releases, alpha/beta releases can be found on the Discord, I think the link is on this GitHub page somewhere.
