This Epic collates the tasks needed for a first pass at annotating salmon-related datasets for discovery and integration. We recognize that annotating data will be an ongoing and iterative process, so this epic is really focused on getting the first pass done with the infrastructure needed to support annotating for salmon data discovery and integration across several institutional holders of salmon data. This means we'll need:

• a minimum viable salmon ontology released
• annotate SASAP datasets against that ontology in EML
• publish those revised EML SASAP dataset descriptions to the KNB
• identify two or more related datasets from other providers
