suggestion: use OpenCitations as data source

Hullo scythe team, I recently learned of this initiative OpenCitations https://opencitations.net/. Perhaps this can be a data source to scythe, even if data citations are still rare!

Hi @atn38 Thanks for reaching out. We've been following the open citations work for a while as well, and I agree it would make a good data source. We have a new Data Science Fellow, @theamarks, who is going to start working on adding some new data sources to scythe. One of them that she plans to add is XDD. Let's discuss with @theamarks if it also makes sense to add open citations in that same pass.
