Describe what happened:
The env. variable DD_EXTERNAL_METRICS_PROVIDER_SPLIT_BATCHES_WITH_BACKOFF is missing from the helm chart.

Describe what you expected:
I would expect it to be mapped by the helm chart
external_metrics_provider.split_batches_with_backoff = true/ false

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Additional environment details (Operating System, Cloud provider, etc):
Datadog Agent for GKE
